Aug. 7, 2026 — Today SB Energy delivered a letter to Texas Governor Greg Abbott outlining our support for strengthening transparency and accountability for large electric load projects, including data centers.
SB Energy came to Texas to pay for and deliver the energy infrastructure needed to support continued growth, while investing in our communities and maintaining the reliable electric grid Texans depend upon. We are committed to demonstrating that our projects meet these standards and are well positioned to support Texas’ continued economic growth.
