Founded in 2019, SB Energy is a SoftBank Group company. In 2026, NVIDIA, OpenAI, and SoftBank Group announced investments to support SB Energy's growth. Ares Infrastructure remains a long-standing supporter of SB Energy.
As an experienced infrastructure owner and operator, we make informed decisions in development that strengthen our projects’ operations and our long-term relationship in the community.
